Agents Allan and Moretti have just intercepted a secret communication in regards Scotch on the Rocks. Message reads: Confirmed: SystemForge's Peter Bell, and Adobe's Steven Webster will be arriving under cover of darkness, to infiltrate the European in Scotland building on May 31st and June 1st.

During my trip to London last week, I picked up a copy of .NET, Issue 159. .NET is a UK based web magazine for designers and developers and covers pretty much everything from Firefox to PHP to MySQL to Flash. I was fairly surprised to see that on the included CD were a number of video tutorials on ColdFusion. OK, to be fair, the tutorials are part of Lynda.com's video tutorials and in this case "Dreamweaver 8 Dynamic Development".

For the sheer perverse satisfaction, and also because I was bored I decided to sit the CFMX7 exam. With a single days studying using the CFMX7 Exam Buster from Centrasoft, I scored a rather nifty 92%. I got 86% for the CFMX6 exam. Did I learn anything from doing the exam? Sure, I learned there are a lot of tags I don't use. And, make sure you read EVERY answer. Am I a better developer today than I was yesterday because I passed the exam? No ...
